In this 75 minute class we will focus upon the upper Chakra elements. The upper chakras allow us to create space in the neck, throat and shoulder region, so that we can speak our truth and trust our intuition. Finding Balance

We all crave balance in our lives, and I think the trick is to allow your heart to lead you as much as your head does. In this class you will move through a strong dynamic sequence lead by a focused and balances breath. Allowing the mind to become present as we open the heart, and strengthen the body. In many back bending poses, the heart is positioned higher than the head. You'll find it's wonderfully refreshing to let the mind drop away from the top position and instead lead with the heart. By the end of this class you will feel balance mentally, emotionally and physically.
