You will feel your body getting stronger and your mind getting clearer with the work we will do here. As always take breaks when you need to and have some flowing fun!
This class focuses on creating or maintaining a healthy spine from the base to the crown. We will wring out tension with twists, lengthen with deep folds and strengthen with back bending. With these elements we create balance through sushumna nadi (around the spine) and also get energized!
This class helps us find the body awareness to go upside down. We will heat the shoulders and core while playing with fun transitions, eventually leading us into handstand. All while having fun!
