TWIST IT OUT YOGA DETOX
Join us for this vinyasa flow practice that focuses on twists! We will open the front body through a Surya Namaskar C series, adding in variations to keep you on your toes, before moving into some core strengtheners that prepare you for a fun and challenging twisting yoga sequence. Twists are great for lengthening the spine, opening up the upper and lower back and detoxifying your organs. Energetically twists allow you to get rid of old energy you're holding on to, so if there is anything you want to let go of, this is the time! We will wind down with some seated hip stretches to balance it all out. Enjoy!
Protect The Neck In Shoulder Stand
Understanding the natural alignment in your neck is key for preventing detrimental damage to your cervical spine and to your delicate nerves. This simple understanding can save you years of pain or expensive trips to the chiropractor! Also, we discuss using a blanket (or two!) as an option in your shoulder stand to give you some safe support for the neck.
HAMSTRING HEAVEN
Feeling a little tight in your hamstrings? This hamstring yoga flow will help strengthen and stretch your hamstrings. This is a great class for runners, bikers, athletes and people who spend a lot of time sit-ting. This is a nice slow flow to actively engage your hamstrings. Active engagement helps us improve mobility and release the tension we often feel in the hamstrings.

Continuous Flow
This class is one of my favorite ways to practice, continuous flow. We will be working on linking our breath with our movement, finding sweat and also finding some strength. You will feel your body getting stronger and your mind getting clearer with the work we will do here. As always take breaks when you need to and have some flowing fun!
Backbend Flow
In this power flow, there will be heart opening and backbending threaded in to revive and open your anahata chakra. SUGGESTED PROPS: 2 Blocks
Mindful Mandala Namaskar
If we pay attention, we will find that our lives and everything in them happens in a circular pattern. Lessons come back around to remind us of our strength and what we have gained. The unending circle of our breath rolling in and out supports us. Seasons change around us and the clock ticks as we walked our paths. The karmic circle allows us to see life from many vantage points so we can continue to grow and understand our authentic self. Are you feeling a little tired but still want to move? Join us for this practice that warms up the body, slowly, and moves into a gentle yet powerful vinyasa flow sequence that will leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished. This practice features quadricep openers, heart openers and a personal favorite, natarajasana, dancers pose. Enjoy!

FINDING GRACE
In this practice, we will focus on the concept of grace; giving yourself grace through difficult moments and finding grace as we move on the mat.
