Second Chakra Hips Flow
This practice involves movement in the hips and lower abdomen. Some of the asanas are aimed at opening and some at moving energy through this area. OPTIONAL PROPS: 1 Block
Lengthen and Digest
Sometimes when we think of our "core" we only consider the front of the body. This class is designed to bring awareness to your entire core from the back to the front and to create length in the side body and space for your internal organs to function properly and improve digestion.
Codes For Mental Re-Programming | Yin
Relax your body while opening up your mind to Swami Satyanandas "10 codes for mental re-programming". Yummy stretches with words that may help our "attitude center" to be more open and understanding. SUGGESTED PROPS: 2 Blocks, 1-2 Bolsters
Limb 5 Niyamas Ishvara-Pranidhara
This practice will allow us to experience the edge of a cliff and the ability to jump off of it and into the unknown. Using a basic flow that preps us for different inversions, for some meeting fear head on and taking a little or big step into the unknown and feeling the exhilaration of the step.
Ground Me
This practice will challenge you physically. With emphasis on mental focus and conditioning.
De-Stress and Let Go | Yin
The hips and the shoulders are the two ball and socket parts of our body. It has been said that we hold our stress in the shoulders and our memories and emotions in the hips. We will do a few dynamic movements before settling in to the poses. SUGGESTED PROPS: 1 Blanket, 2 Bolsters, 2 Blocks
First Chakra Grounding
Practice grounding by paying attention to keeping feet heavy to the earth. Feel strong and rooted in standing poses and visualize your connection to the earth to balance the root chakra.
Get It All In!
This is the perfect practice when you can't decide what you need! We will get in some dynamic flow as well as settle deeply into a few peak poses such as twisting bird of paradise, and royal pigeon. This class will end with a short yoga nidra meditation.
Love, Love, Love!
It is said that love holds the highest vibration. Come to this class any time you need to lift yourself up and step into a loving place. Whether you need to love yourself deeper, romantic love, or to send love to someone who needs it, this continuous flow will guide you toward an opening in your heart. Class includes deeper backbend options at the end and a nice, long cool down and savasana. SUGGESTED PROPS: 1 Bolster, 1 Block

We learn to set healthy boundaries, honoring our sense of self, and we feel a limitless sense of purpose. This class focuses on lots of core work, twists, and arm balances. Come step into the fire and feel your soul ignite!
Face Your Fears
In the subtle body, fear is held in your hips. This class is designed to create more space in the hips, to release the tension and fear that lives there. Then using breath, face your fears in some fun and challenging arm balances, including bhujapidasana and tittibasana. OPTIONAL PROPS: 2 Blocks, 1 Bolster
