Bakasana Crow Flow

Let the body learn to soar to new heights and explore how to get into crow pose in this class. We will play with some transitions including crow to headstand and jumping up to crow from down dog. Don't worry, you will get a full body workout too.

Clear Your Mind

This class is designed to bring awareness to the conflicts that can arise in our mind during our yoga practice. We all have escape mechanisms, doubt, fear and comparisons that can take us out of our practice and leave us feeling defeated and incapable. When we bring awareness to the mind and it's internal dialogue during the class we can begin to recognize our triggers and using the breath, release them and any tension they bring with them. It doesn't matter what poses you do or don't do, what matters is that you can hold the mental space to clear tension and find peace.

Mermaid Flow

In this class we will dive into a deep flow that opens hips and awakens the heart. Moving toward divine mermaid as the peak for a full expression of our joy and gratitude. OPTIONAL PROPS: 1 Block, 1 Strap

Create inner strength and stability in this 30 min core strengthening practice. Together we will integrate the deepest core muscles to protect the back and feel strong and aligned. SUGGESTED PROPS: 1 Block

Daily Sadhna Spiritual Practice

Join Matt for his morning Sadhna, Spiritual Practice. Beginning with the 5 Tibetan Rites to awaken and balance the chakras. Then after a few side bends and twists we will warm up the body with sun salutations. Two pranayama exercises will then lead us into a meditation.

Core Flow Blast

Get ready to strengthen your core, with a little flow to build some heat. Ending with a few light stretches and short savasana. SUGGESTED PROPS: 1 Block or Rolled Up Towel

In this Continuous Flow we will make a full circular pattern on our mats. We focus on a variety of shoulder openers, crescent poses and core strengthening. A fun practice that reminds us to let go and just go with it.

Happy Hip Flow

In this class we will energize and heat the body with a strong flow, mixing in balancing asanas to keep you present. We will focus on stretching and strengthening the outer hips and hamstrings, creating stability and blossoming into Eagle, the perfect peak to leave you feeling like you can fly through the day with ease and grace. OPTIONAL PROPS: 1 Block, 1 Strap

Heated Hip Love

The hips are known for storing tension, stress, fears, judgements, and all sorts of junk! Come to this class to feel a deep release in all areas of your hips and watch the tension melt away. We will build lots of heat through continuous flows as well as through hip opening arm balance options such as bakasana (crow pose) and galavasana (flying pigeon). Let's give your hips some love! OPTIONAL PROPS: 1 Block

Get Up & Get Moving

Need to add a pep in your step? This is the class for you. We will incorporate inversions into the flow and spend some time at the wall working on inversions and backbends as well.
