Learning to use the intuition and wisdom of our heart space as a guide in making clear and healthy decisions, each one of us has a unique song that we sing. Strong Mama Prenatal
At 33 weeks pregnant, these have been some of my go-to moves to help stretch and strengthen my body. A strong body will help support your growing belly as well as provide a beautiful, easier birth experience. We also strengthen the mind as well with a "keep up" exercise and ending meditation. SUGGESTED PROPS: 1 Bolster or Blanket, 1-2 Blocks

Alignment and Stability

Throughout a breath-filled flow, this class offers multiple tips and reminders for how to feel aligned and stable in your body. I highly recommend this practice for beginners, anyone who has been traveling or walking a lot, or anyone who simply needs to re-connect to their alignment and, essentially, to the self. Compass Flow
This practice will concentrate on opening up the hips and hamstrings leading you into compass pose. "Compass" will be the theme throughout the class with front to back sequencing and challenging arm balances and standing poses to bring you back to center. Some experience suggested. Power Hip Flow
Want to flow and get deep into the hips? This is your class. We do a standing hip and shoulder opening flow for the first hour with a few arm balances thrown in. TheN we settle into a deep frog and pigeon pose.
Abs Party!
In this class we explore our center, our "core", where we can investigate our personal power and strength. It's from this space that we build balance and focus.
Releasing The Low Back | Prenatal
