Release Low Back Tension
There are several muscle groups that can tighten, causing pain in the low back. This 30 minute class will help you release the muscle groups that create the tension and strengthen muscle groups needed for a healthy back and spine. Neck and Shoulder Relief
For many of us, the neck and shoulders carry a significant amount of tension due to stress and structural imbalances. Come to this class to offer some much needed love to your cervical spine and watch the tension melt away.
