Another of Wendy's Wall sequences. We all need a quick trip to paradise, Bird of Paradise that is! This 30-minute flow is designed using the wall to open your shoulders and hips. This sequence also helps in building flexibility to bind your arms in poses like extended side angle. Bird of Paradise is approached from a new angle using the wall!
