This class will open your hips & heart. A perfect practice for the morning or mid afternoon. We will move through a continuous flow while holding postures to build heat (tapas), strength & stability in the body preparing you for poses such as dancers pose (natarajasana), ardha chandrasana (half moon pose) & urdhva dhanurasana (full wheel pose). Get ready to open those tight hips & shoulders. OPTIONAL PROPS: 1 Block
