Detox Flow
Creating space for our intentions requires releasing what no longer brings joy, love or light into our lives. We start standing and build heat through a twisting flow. We finish with inversions and backbends!
Heart Opening Flow
This heart-opening flow works its way through a series of backbends, opening and energizing the heart. We top it off with chin stand, feeling strong and alive! SUGGESTED PROPS: 2 Blocks
Bird of Paradise, Born Twice
This practice incorporates deep hip openers and twists to prepare you for Bird of Paradise. We will play with arm balances to build strength in the upper body and standing poses to challenge your balance. A fun and detoxifying practice! SUGGESTED PROPS: 1 Block, 1 Strap
Inner Trust and Stability
ThiS unique class will challenge your balance while teaching you to trust yourself and your inner stability. Blindfolded, we will visit familiar poses yet hopefully feel them with a beginners mind. SUGGESTED PROPS: 1 Blindfold or Strap
Lunar Flow
This lunar flow moves us through sun salutations and a mandala namaskar. We take our feet to the sky in headstand toward the end for a full body lunar flow.
