Binds and Balance
Moving from our center is part of our day to day life, physically and meta physically. This class will challenge your balance as we explore standing bird of paradise and other bound poses. SUGGESTED PROPS: 2 Blocks, 1 Strap
Blissful Heart
Hows your posture right now? Take a moment and observe. Rounded shoulders and a hunched spine are, at times, associated with feeling a bit timid, fearful, or not confident. It can also be your body signaling that you need to stretch and release the upper back, shoulders and chest. We tend to round our shoulders and stoop forward to protect our heart as we carry our emotional, mental and or spiritual wounds. In this circumstance our hunched spine sends a signal to our nervous system that then tells the brain we are less confident. Our mind and heart may feel closed and we are less likely to connect to our inner happiness, contentment and bliss. This is the direct connection of the mind, body and spirit. In this class we will create a strong flow with emphasis on opening the heart, upper back and shoulders. Led by our blissful yogic breath, or pranayama, we will have the time to observe the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of opening this energy center. OPTIONAL PROPS: 1 Strap, 1 Block

Open your heart to radiate love and joy! We begin with a standing heart-opening flow, explore backends, and end with a loving kindness meditation before savasana.
Handstand Breakdown
Adho Mukha Vrksasana, Handstand, is a complex pose with immense benefits. This 20 minute breakdown will guide you into the pose, touching on all of the proper actions to lead you in with ease. SUGGESTED PROPS: 1 Strap, 1 Block

We move through preparing and opening the hips for Lotus with breath work in the final Lotus.

We use our time wisely in this 30 minute class. We focus on crescent lunge, strengthening and stretching the hips with a happy balance of vinyasa, twists and core.
