Busier than ever? Bite off more than you can chew? Sometimes we commit to more than we think we have time for. Don't worry, you can do it. The key is to stay calm in the chaos. Relax the mind and restore the body in this all around feel good restorative practice. Yoga Nidra and Loving Kindness Meditation

The first 20 minutes is yoga nidra meditation which is a lying down guided meditation equal to several hours of sleep. The last 10 minutes is a loving kindness meditation which is great for opening your heart to feeling love, compassion and forgiveness to all.

Prenatal

This is a feel-good prenatal short sequence that strengthens and opens the whole body. We start with some dynamic movements to open the shoulders. Then we move into standing poses to strengthen and stretch the legs and hips. And we finish with a short meditation to connect with baby.

Inner Silence Meditation

Inner silence meditation increases mental awareness and clarity. This guided meditation can be done seated or lying down.

Choose Good Energy | Yin

This is a heart-opening yin sequence designed to open the "prana box" lungs, heart and chest. Prana = energy, life force, breath. Pranayama, or breathwork, is also used in this class to balance the energy of the brain and relax the mind.

Gratitude Yin

Finding gratitude is one of the surest ways to find happiness. You can be grateful or you can complain... You can't do both. Matt will guide us through the poses in this practice with a focus on reinforcing one's mindset to that of being grateful. The result will be an open body and thankful mind. Spring Cleaning | Yin

Spring is an excellent time to release and let go. In this hip centered class, Matt will guide us through restorative hip openers, encouraging us to let go of the old so we can let in the new. If you are feeling stuck, this practice will encourage you to make the necessary changes to live a more joyful and abundant life. Suggested Props: Bolster, Block, Strap

Take a vacation with Matt in this relaxing Yin class. Pranayama (Breathwork) hip openers, and twists will lead your body and mind to a relaxed state, giving you a mini vacation from your life. Suggested Props: Bolster, Block, Strap

Shoulder & Hip Opening | Yin

In this relaxing yoga class, Matt focuses on opening the hips and shoulders. The theme is gratitude as we move through different poses that help to relieve tension and stress in the bodies ball and socket joints, the hips and shoulders. Props: 1-2 bolsters.

This is a relaxing prenatal class for the days you need to conserve your energy. We will open the shoulders & release tension from the neck. The class ends with a prenatal yoga nidra.

This class will balance your energy. We will do lots of stretching, some strengthening poses and end with a deep relaxation.

This prenatal class incorporates hip and shoulder opening, side bending and strengthening poses. Do this practice when you need an energy boost during any stage of your pregnancy.
