In this practice you will tap into your lunar energy, feeling a sense of letting go through your movement. We will practice Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutations, experiencing more of a mellow flow.

Shoulder & Hip Opening | Yin

In this relaxing yoga class, Matt focuses on opening the hips and shoulders. The theme is gratitude as we move through different poses that help to relieve tension and stress in the bodies ball and socket joints, the hips and shoulders. Props: 1-2 bolsters.

In my opinion, the two areas of our bodies that get locked up the most are the heart and the hips. Through a committed yoga practice, we can make sure these areas remain free and open, releasing tension and baggage before it gets locked! Simply put, our core is the center of our being. When we focus on this area of the body, we remind ourselves to connect to our truth, to assert our will and to commit to our intentions. In this heated flow, we fire up the core and allow it to radiate through every pose. Come feel a fearless energy unwind as you tap into your strength, willpower, and core galore!

Prenatal For Relaxation

This is a relaxing prenatal class for the days you need to conserve your energy. We will open the shoulders & release tension from the neck. The class ends with a prenatal yoga nidra.

Stimulating 5th, 6th & 7th Chakras

In this 75 minute class we will focus upon the upper Chakra elements. The upper chakras allow us to create space in the neck, throat and shoulder region, so that we can speak our truth and trust our intuition.
