This lunar flow moves us through sun salutations and a mandala namaskar. We take our feet to the sky in headstand toward the end for a full body lunar flow.

In this class, you'll have time to really explore and feel the muscles, the breath, building a solar energy that ignites your light, connecting to earth, grounding energy while we play with balancing asanas will leave us feeling strong, grounded, and at ease.
