Power Hip Flow
Want to flow and get deep into the hips? This is your class. We do a standing hip and shoulder opening flow for the first hour with a few arm balances thrown in. TheN we settle into a deep frog and pigeon pose.
Abs Party!
In this class we explore our center, our "core", where we can investigate our personal power and strength. It's from this space that we build balance and focus.
Content In Your Core
In this class you will move through a fluid sequence full of core stimulation asanas, finding contentment within your strength, grace and ease. Feel perfect, whole and complete with where you are in your practice and love, move, unite, strengthen and evolve. OPTIONAL PROPS: 1 Block, 1 Strap
Hip, Hip, Hooray!
This class will offer a variety of poses that open the inner and outer hip areas. As we create space in the hips, we free up blockages in the lower 3 chakras. OPTIONAL PROPS: 1 Block
Sun A & Sun B Flow
This quick video takes you thru five rounds of Sun Salutations A and three rounds of Sun Salutations B. Great just to get the body moving, or for a quick hit to boost your heart rate.
Open Happy Hips
Perfect to start your day, pre or post workout this happy hip simple flow will help increase bloodflow to the hips and stretch out any tight or tense spots. Remember, don't stretch too far, give yourself a little wiggle room from your deepest point. SUGGESTED PROPS: Block, Pillow or Towel
Headstand Happy
We will focus on setting up the headstand from tripod headstand to sirsasana headstand and also straddling up from a wide leg forward fold. Great little practice to tack on after a class, or if you just want to learn how to go upside down. Use the wall if you like to!
Self Love: Embodying The Sunshine of The Spirit
In this heart flow, we focus on illuminating the light of our heart to shine from the inside out. Expect to move and hold and sweat.
Strong Balanced Flow

Change Equals Trust Minus Fear
This class is inspired by my own personal journey of facing my fears and embracing change. It can be extremely challenging to leave what we know, our comforts, our community, our safe-zone and to trust that if you take a leap of faith that there will be a net to catch you if you fall. Come to this class to feel inspired to make a change in your life, to learn to trust in the unknown, and to release any unnecessary fears that are holding you back. Sequence includes trust-enhancing arm balances, power-boosting core work, fear-releasing twists, and receptive, open-to-change heart openers.
