Postnatal

Postnatal Yoga is a great way to reconnect with your body after birth and bond with your new baby. Postnatal yoga helps relieve neck and shoulder tension, opens your hips, tightens your pelvic floor and tones your core. The practice aids in general mind/body healing, increases relaxation, and gently strengthens your body. We recommend you wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8-10 weeks after a caesarian birth before beginning your postnatal practice.
